The ITU Library and Archives Service acquires, preserves and provides access to a wide range of materials on telecommunications and related topics and on the history of ITU from 1865 to the present day. Our holdings include published works (print and electronic) and unique archival materials.
Our collections include:
- All ITU publications and official printed documents (e.g. Final Acts of all ITU conferences, conference and meeting documents, Recommendations and Reports, manuals and handbooks, regulatory publications, statistics, proceedings of seminars and workshops).
- Books, reports, journals and data, in both paper and electronic format, related to telecommunications (consult the Library catalogue).
- Historic archives documenting the activities and administration of ITU.
- A small set of world and regional maps of telecommunications networks prepared by ITU, 1875-1930.

Location
The Reading Room is located on the sixth floor of the Montbrillant building. Visitors to ITU must register at the reception desk at the Montbrillant building and provide a valid ID with photo. For more information on locating our buildings, see the web page "
